I LOVE this fact family flower craftivitiy from The Razzle Dazzle Classroom. My kids and I just started multiplication and division a few weeks ago, and I would love for them to do this craftivity using that. I think it would be an awesome way to show them related multiplication and division facts.

I have some kids that need some extra help with compound words, so I was tickled pink when I found this pin from Nyla's Crafty Teaching. I think it would be a great review station, but I would also like to leave out blank ones for the kids to write their own compound words. I love adding a little bit of rigor and giving kids ownership in creating the stations too!

Just like compound words, some of my kids need extra practice with contractions. I know they will love this craftivity from Scholastic Teachers. I know it will make a great bulletin board display too!

I love the contraction hearts...such a great visual! Thanks for sharing & linking up!
ReplyDeleteI love all of those. Do you do morning meetings? I think giving kids half of a heart and having them find the person with the other half to build a compound word would be a great way to get them with new partners for sharing or activities.
